We
accept any major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
or Discover). We are using PayPal for credit card payment. It
is free, secure, and fast.
You
don't have to sign up at PayPal to submit your credit card payment.

If
you already have a PayPal account, in addition to credit card
payments, you can also make a payment with your checking account.

Please
read the following carefully to initiate a return. Any returns
must be made within 7 (seven) business days from receipt of
shipment and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be
unused, undamaged, and in salable condition.
The
item being returned or exchanged must meet the following criteria:
- Be
in original and saleable condition.
- Have
attached the original white tear-proof tag with the Tiara
Gallery logo.
- The
item must be packed in and returned with all of its original
packaging including its original shipping box. If you did
not keep the original cardboard shipping box you MUST still
ship the item back in an equivalent cardboard shipping box.
Please re-wrap the item in the tissue paper and bubble wrap,
place it in the decorative box, and then place that box inside
the cardboard shipping box surrounded by peanuts.
- All
returns must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of the delivery
date.
- Pre-approval
of returns is required. Please email us immediately if the
item doesn't work for you. A return authorization is required
The
Tiara Gallery has the sole discretion to determine if returned
items have been used or if they are in salable condition. Merchandise
that is returned in non-salable condition will be sent back
to the customer. Postage, Shipping and Handling charges are
not reimbursable.
We
have a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover
our expenses to make required adjustment in our inventory, database
and bookkeeping. Please note that we do not refund postage and
S&H.
We
do not service a return for International Purchase at this moment.
